Key forum for exchanging experiences

INTOSAI was founded in Havana, Cuba, in November 1953. Under the motto "Mutual exchange of experience benefits all", the core mission of the network is to

  • exchange knowledge;
  • set common audit standards; and
  • support each other.

While the organisation had 34 members when founded, it now has around 200.
